I missed yesterday, as we were changing internet providers and had trouble getting it up and running. All sorted now, thanks to a wonderful member of the tech team. It was a fault on our end because 2 wires were in the wrong slots. It makes a change talking to someone who knows what they are doing, unlike at Onestream, who just kept telling us to turn the router on and off every time it went down, which was often.

I’ve had many problems when watching a 30 second ad and it not acknowledging it’s been watched, but i just backspace and eventually it shows me an ad which works.

Hi Annette, Unfortunately it seems to be an issue with Microsoft e-mail accounts – such as Hotmail/Live, etc. This usually happens when someone marked one of the daily e-mails as ‘Spam’ rather than just unsubscribing and gets us added onto a blacklist. If you have any that show in your junk it really helps if you click the option to ‘Mark as not spam’. Thanks again, Daniel.

Hi Tracy. Unfortunately we had some technical server issues from approx. 4:30pm until just after midnight last night. It was back up around 00:30 this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience, but it is all sorted now. Good luck! Daniel
