March 2022 – Anagram – Win £10

Each day this month a new anagram will be displayed below. If you manage to answer a question correctly you will receive 2 entries into the draw. If you get the question wrong you will receive 1 entry (just for giving it a try). All entries will be pooled at the end of the month and one winner drawn at random.

For those who do not know, an anagram is the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce other words, using all the original letters exactly once. For example the letters TEARG could be rearranged to make the word GREAT.

The competition started on 1st March 2022 and runs until the end of the month. The last question will be shown on 31st March 2022, with the winner being announced here on 1st April 2022. The winner will then have 24 hours to claim their £10 cash prize. If you don’t claim your prize before 11am on 2nd April 2022 you will unfortunately lose out. No late claims accepted.

Ohhh, it was Thai STYLE Pork!! I couldn’t figure it out at all and went with Thai Selty Pork hahaha. Thought maybe it was a mistake and supposed to be ‘salty’. Well now I feel very silly lmao

Strictly speaking, today’s answer is a city that has several train stations but all of them have another word after the city name 🤔

Don’t ever go to the airport one! When we went there is was like the station at the end of the universe, it was awful. I can only hope its been improved since.

There’s an awful lot of food in these answers! I’m guessing all of these have been eaten by Daniel this month, possibly on the day of or the day before they were they were posted here 🤣

I made three words and put them together, but the middle word confused me – it either is, or it isn’t!

Not necessarily – I can write poetry in the style of Emily Dickinson – doesn’t mean it is by her.

Stuart

Sorry if I have caused any offence. But it’s either the Republic of or Northern surely?

Wendy

Taken from google
Ireland, Irish Éire, country of western Europe occupying five-sixths of the westernmost major island of the British Isles.
No offence taken by me, but i can see how it could be misleading 🙂

Hilde

You are correct but nobody ever says the full thing when they talk about Ireland. I’ve seen TV commercials promoting ‘Ireland’ as well just saying ‘Visit Ireland’.

Stuart

Taken from Google.
The island of Ireland comprises the Republic of Ireland, which is a sovereign country, and Northern Ireland, which is part of the United Kingdom.

So as i stated. Its an Island, made up of 2 country’s.

Well did Melvin think we are mind readers and know what he’s on about? Yeah, AdChoices ads are big and loud but if it keeps the site going, we have to grin and bear them.

Scam..dont waste ur time and bundles

Susan

We are not mind readers – what are you referring to exactly? If it’s the AdChoices ads, the site owner has no control whatsoever over what the ads are for. I suggest if it’s those you are referring to and they don’t interest you just click the cross on the upper right of the ad and close it. Please bear in mind it’s the ads that pay for the prizes but no-one is forcing you to purchase anything from the ads.

What’s the scam…’and bundles’!? No charges to join here, no charges to click the ‘freebirthdatelottery’, so what’s the issue!?
