The 30 Day September Anagram Challenge

This month we are having a different kind of challenge. This might be a bit harder than previous monthly competitions but give I’m sure you will all enjoy giving it a try. Just do your best.
Each day in September a new anagram will be displayed below.  If you manage to answer a question correctly you will receive 2 entries into the draw.  If you get the question wrong you will receive 1 entry (just for giving it a try).  All entries will be pooled at the end of the month and one winner drawn at random.
For those who do not know, an anagram is the result of rearranging the letters of a word or phrase to produce other words, using all the original letters exactly once. For example the letters REFE could be rearranged to make the word FREE.
The competition started on 1st September 2017 and runs until the end of the month.  The last question will be shown on 30th September 2017, with the winner being announced here on 1st October 2017.  The winner will then have 24 hours to claim their £10 cash prize.

I wonder if the question mark was an afterthought? False modesty perhaps lol 😉

Hope I remember to check again later – I forgot on 20 September when the clue and answer didn’t match and ended up missing an entry for that day.

Hi Daniel, it appears that yesterday’s anagram is still showing. I’ve given the same answer again but will check later in case you change it.

🦋 Daniel, please could you check that you received my entry answer yesterday for number 24 as I’ve been having a lot of problems ( as others will verify ) in accessing the full pages of these sites since I updated to iOS 11.0. Thankyou 😀🦋

Sorry for putting a exclamation mark after today’s word, but it took me so long to work it out, I did it without thinking. Hope it still counts, as there is no ‘!’ in the clue…

This one nearly had me!

That certainly gave me pause for thought 🙂

Hi Daniel, shouldn’t today’s answer be two words if it’s made of paper? The one word one isn’t made of paper. Just a thought, and I could be wrong! Thanks.

So does today’s answer stand as it is (as in the same as previous anagram as not showing as a different one since this morning)

I’m also confused about today’s question. Like others have said is it a repeat or is it a trick question ? Going to wait a short while before submitting my answer. 🤔

Erm…what? Not sure whether to submit the repeat answer just to prove I tried or wait & hope for a correction. Maybe commenting here will count for something 🙂
