Is it really free? How?
Yes! Our prizes are funded by the ads on our site.
What will the golden ticket look like?
You can see a preview of the ticket here.
How do I claim my prize?
Do not leave the page until you have made a note of your win code. Once you have your win code noted down, click the golden ticket and you will be taken to a claim form. For monitoring purposes, you need to claim within 1hr of finding the ticket. We cannot pay out your prize without the win code.
How much can I win?
There are £5, £50 and £500 prizes available, depending on funds generated in ad revenue. The smaller the amount, the better your odds of winning. Your prize will be displayed on your winning ticket.
When will I get paid?
The vast majority of prizes are paid out within a few hours, but please allow 72hrs as a maximum.
What time zone are you in?
Sometimes we run promotions, e.g. guaranteed £50 prize on such-a-day. These are in UK time and “a day” is from 00:00 to 23:59.
What currency will the prize be in?
Prizes are paid out in GBP, but PayPal will convert this to a currency of your choice for you. Please note that PayPal’s conversion fee will be deducted from your prize.
What about bots?
Activity on the site is monitored 24/7. Steps have been implemented to ensure fair play to all players and traffic is supervised constantly. Anyone suspected of using bots will be disqualified and not entitled to any prize.
How do I play?
Simply keep visiting the site throughout the day. If you find a golden ticket at the top of this page, you have won!
How are prizes paid out?
Prizes are paid out via PayPal, or if you are in the UK, you can also opt for BACS. If you are outside the UK and don’t have PayPal, you can easily set up a free account.
Do I need to register?
Nope. We thought people would feel more secure not giving away any of their personal details. All we need from you is your PayPal ID when you win.
What devices do the tickets show up on?
Any! Doesn’t matter if it’s a desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet.
How many times can I try to win?
As yet, there is no limit to how many times you can visit the site or refresh the page.
Who can play?
Anyone can play worldwide as long as they are at least 16-years-old. Please check your country’s laws before playing.
What about false claims?
We have multiple defence systems in place to protect against false claims. The technology behind our website monitors traffic and impressions in order to identify when and where a golden ticket is displayed.
We also do not pay out prizes if the claimant cannot supply the win code which is clearly displayed on the golden ticket. If the site crashes or has a glitch, supplying this win code will enable you to prove you found the ticket.
Anyone who submits a false claim will be kept on file and disqualified from winning any prize, even if they should go on to genuinely find a golden ticket in the future.

Haze, is the ” Golden Ticket ” game still running as when I click on the ticket, instead of the ticket showing again it takes you to a page that says something along the lines of ” oops that page cannot be found ” ??? ☹️

I’m no expert but I believe it’s like a robot or program that automatically checks the page for you repeatedly to find the ticket. Basically Cheating.

Yes it is, there have been several survey draw claims recently which has put it back a little bit that’s all – I will be running a new comp shortly which always helps ad revenue so it should tick over enough for a ticket very soon 🙂 (PS the longer it takes for a ticket to come around, the less chance of it being just the £5 one hint hint!)

It randomly shows up when there’s enough ad revenue, but the revenue is slow at the moment. I will be working on this when I’ve finished the training period in my ‘regular’ job, I just don’t have the time atm sorry.

When the golden ticket was missed and given out as 5 £10 prizes, does that mean the golden ticket is only displayed for a set amount of time? And is it the first person who gets it in that time frame who wins it? I’ve checked hundreds of times in the past few days. I’ve got fingers crossed!
It is displayed on one page load, so if you stay on that page, it will stay for the whole time you are on it, but if you refresh it, it disappears. Hope that makes sense! The ticket loads at a random time and the first person to view the page at that time gets the ticket. Again, I hope that makes sense!
? Haze, has the WinWonga site been closed ? ? I’ve tried accessing it but it says ” This site can’t be reached ” ? and no matter how many times I refresh or click on the link on Google it still won’t let me access it. I’m fully aware of how it works! But the fact is, after there being a £5 golden ticket being won almost every 2-4 days for several weeks, to then go a full three weeks with no wins and then only another £5 ticket, that indicates a rather alarming drop in revenue rates!! Just sayin….
Does just visiting the site every day generate the revenue or do you need us to actually click on some of the adverts.?
Please just visit the site as normal – only click on adverts you genuinely have an interest in. Google take money back off us if they suspect people are clicking for the sake of it – last month they took back 1/5 of the revenue due to ‘invalid’ clicks! Thanks.

Jodie, I have to take into account that the survey draw is going to cost me £40-£50+ in the next day or two. As with the draws, the golden tickets depend on the ad revenue generated.
I wasn’t criticising just commenting the gap between wins. I keep checking, you never know what to expect or how much and feels in vain sometimes. I know you have to be in it to win it though. I know people do win and hope ads revenue gets generated.

Has there been no winners at all on the golden ticket instant win since the 4th?
That’s right, the amount of tickets is based on ad revenue generated so varies how many I can give away. I also gave away 5 X £10 silver tickets on Friday 7th, even though that day I only earned £10, so it takes time to build the prizes back up. I also put some aside each day towards the £500 ticket which will obviously be more spaced out than the smaller prizes. Hope that helps.
