July 2020 – Missing Letters Challenge – Win £10
Many of you will be familiar with the game show ‘Wheel of fortune’ where you have to guess a word or phrase where some of the letters are missing. That is the basis of this months challenge. Each day in July a different word or phrase will be displayed below. However, it will be missing several letters. You just need to work out what the full word should be and submit your answer. If you manage to guess the correct word/phrase correctly you will receive 2 entries into the draw. If you get it wrong you will receive 1 entry (just for giving it a try). All entries will be pooled at the end of the month and one winner drawn at random.
The competition started on 1st July 2020 and runs until the end of the month. The last question will be shown on 31st July 2020, with the winner being announced here on 1st August 2020. The winner will then have 24 hours to claim their £10 cash prize. If you don’t claim your prize before 11am on 2nd July 2020 you will unfortunately lose out. No late claims accepted.

yeah, I looked at just gone 11 and it was the same question. So I left it for about an hour and it’s still the same. I’ll leave it for a bit longer and see what happens.

Has this been updated in the last couple of days? I thought yesterday was the same as the day before but could be wrong, but today’s word is definitely the same as yesterday.

what happens when winner doesn’t claim the prize?
Hi hornetcarp. The winner has until 11am on 2nd July 2020 to claim their prize. If they do not claim by this time then they lose the prize and cannot then claim at a later time. This is to encourage visitors to check the site on a regular basis – as with the daily draws it isn’t possible to claim for a win after the time has passed. Good Luck, Daniel.

Hi. Unfortunately not. As you are probably aware the site is advertiser funded. Even with the number of adverts displayed on the website only a very small amount of revenue is generated daily. Until I am in a position to cover the costs of running the site, I can’t unfortunately increase prizes at this point. Other sites have done this and have ended up closing down for good as a result of this.
